We built the tool we needed for our own clients.
Sun Coast Digital Media is a marketing agency in Broward County, Florida. We work with the businesses that live and die by local demand — med spas, law firms, contractors, clinics, home services.
Our clients started asking a question none of our tools could answer: when someone asks ChatGPT for the best in our category, do we come up? Rank trackers could not tell us. Analytics could not tell us. So we built something that could — a scanner that asks the engines the same questions a customer would, and counts who gets named.
We ran it on ourselves first. The number was bad enough that we kept building. That is still how we open every engagement: measurement before proposal, and the honest number even when it is not the one you wanted.
